Shipping Costs
We quote shipping and handling as a fixed cost for each part.
The cost is the shipping cost from the carrier and the cost of the packing
materials. We work hard to keep these costs low.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping method to
the 48 states is UPS ground. Each package gets a tracking number - we can email
this to you if you need it.
We also use USPS priority. This is a 2 - 3 day
service and is also very reliable. We will add delivery confirmation to every
package so there is a tracking number available if you need it.
To Military (AP / APO / FPO) addresses we will also use USPS
priority shipping. Each shipment will have the necessary customs forms and the
package will be forwarded to you, wherever you are located. Please use your
military address on your order as the shipping address. Delivery confirmation is
not available to these addresses from USPS.
If you prefer a different shipping method to our standard
methods above just let us know - we will be happy to help you.
To Canada and the Rest of the World
We will ship using USPS Express or
Global Priority Mail. This is the only way we can
have a delivery confirmation for your shipment. It is very fast and reliable,
but can be a little expensive sometimes. USPS also has the lowest entrance fees
into your country. If you prefer a different method please let us know - we will
be happy to help you.
Insurance
Insurance is included in every online order.
Shipping damage
If the part and/or box are damaged when you get them (thankfully
this is pretty rare) don't worry - we will take care of you. First you should
report any damage to the shipper directly. Please also email or call us to let
us know there is a problem. We will make sure you get a replacement part as soon
as is possible - we do need to get the damaged parts back first.
