XR650R Supermoto (the one that is not supposed to be road legal!)

This bike is a riot to ride on the road - the most fun you can have without ending up in jail (probably)

All of the pictures below show the bike with its old bodywork on - the pictures about show the new set.

  

     

2000 Honda XR650R - yes the R versions that was only intended for Off Road Use. The R version is much lighter and faster that the road version. This bike has the aluminum frame. Here is the Spec:

  • Excel Black Rims, Talon Gold Hubs. ($1500)
  • Dunlop 208GP Tires (used)
  • Gold Front Caliper Relocation Bracket
  • 320mm Full Floater Front Rotor ($300)
  • Full Akrapovic Titanium Conical Exhaust System - worth 11HP - ($800)
  • New Plastics - both side covers, rear fender, radiator covers ($250)
  • Acerbis Supermoto Front Fender
  • Acerbis Supermoto Twin Headlight ($90)

The bike is a huge amount of fun to ride - it attracts so much attention everywhere you go and is the most fun you can have at legal(ish) speeds. Instant insanity!
